Winmail.dat : Problème de pièce jointe
Winmail.dat de Outlook pose parfois problème avec les pièces jointes , voici la solution..
1) Aller dans la rubrique contact puis éditer la fiche de contact de la personne qui reçoit que des pièces jointes Winmail.dat en cliquant sur la fiche concernée.
2) Aller sur l’adresse email qui se trouve à droite de la fiche de contact dans l’onglet Général « Adresse de messagerie.. » puis faite un click droit sur cette adresse email, aller sur Propriétés…
3) Une petite fenêtre s’ouvre « Propriétés de la messagerie » puis aller sur la sélection Format Internet et sélectionner « Laisser Outlook décider du meilleur format d’envoi » puis valider OK et enregistrer.
Voilà c’est fini!
Explication: Quand vous créer un contact et vous lui attribuer une adresse email, Outlook met par défaut comme format internet d’envoi au format RTF (Texte enrichie) d’Outlook même si vous avez sélectionner dans le format lors d’un envoi d’un email, le format html et comme la plupart des logiciels de messagerie comme incrédimail ne lit pas ce format RTF, il envoi une pièce jointe Winmail.dat ou pire encore aucune pièce jointe dans les cas extrêmes.
En effectuant cette manipulation quand vous envoyer un email, Outlook prendra le format que vous aurez choisi le format HTML.
